TY is a tiny house that combines spaciousness and flexibility. Two lofts, a sofa bed and a compact kitchen provide up to five beds. Handcrafted furniture from OWN Studio and energy solutions that ensure year-round comfort make the house suitable as a residence, annex or holiday home.

We see TY as an extended version of EDDA. The house is only one meter longer, but has two extra sleeping places. With two lofts and a sofa bed in the living room, TY has up to five sleeping places. The kitchen is still compact, but functional. With a fold-down dining table with integrated lighting, a bench seat with storage and custom-made wardrobes and shelves, ty is suitable for those living alone, for couples, as an annex or for small families. All furniture is specially designed for the house, and handmade by OWN Studio.   

The construction follows the TEK17 requirements for tiny house . Together with a heat pump, ventilation with heat recovery and heating cables, this is a comfortable house, even through the Norwegian winter.
