Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, and images and illustrations may show options or solutions that are not part of the standard delivery.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to construction, material selection and technical solutions if this is deemed necessary or appropriate.

Delivery times stated are indicative and may change due to factors such as factory capacity, supplier issues or material availability.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it is possible to transport the house to the site, and we cannot guarantee access or accessibility. The customer is also responsible for any necessary permits, and we cannot be held responsible if the authorities do not approve the location of the house on the site.

Special conditions apply to mobile homes: if the total weight is under 3.5 tonnes, they can be towed with your own car. However, the weight depends on the chosen interior and accessories, and can vary from model to model.

Final agreement on price, specification and delivery is entered into in a separate contract between the buyer and Forward Homes AS.
